Storm - 28th October

I went down to the woods in the afternoon to check up.

There were over 50 trees blown down so I've got my work cut out. 

There is quite a jumble; the wind had cut a swathe through the middle

of the woods; mostly larch had come down.

There are quite a lot of nice long, straight poles to cut.

Nearly squashed my charcoal drum!

At the end of the afternoon there was a brief shower and a rainbow.
